The primary responsibility is to support the project team regarding contract, compliance, payments, reports and any other accounting related to the project.

Utilization certificate

This certificate is issued by Principle Invigilator / Scientist or a delegated authority in a research institute to a settlement member whose funds are utilised for the particular reason on a periodic basis.

This fund utilisation certificate gives visibility about the funds received are used for the intended purposes as indicated to the project and its related activities in a specific document shared after the utilisation of the funds.

Bank Reconciliation
