Comprehensive automation has been implemented for various admission related activities such as merit list generation, marks, category wise allocation, branch counselling, provisional admission and hostel admission. The data flows seamlessly for each workstation based on the business rules which facilitates the end user.
Academics
This application used to manage curriculum development, content delivery, learning process and assessment. The
academic section monitors and conducts the Under Graduate, Post Graduate, Doctoral and Postdoctoral programmes.
Examination
This includes student registration, examination schedule and timetable, exam room allocation with invigilator, marks
and promotion. The system records and compiles each and every assessment conducted which is aggregated against the business rules.
The process of external assessment or the examination, which is conducted after the course period lectures and workshops are finished, is being automated
Hostel
Institute is provided with the hostel reservation system, which includes categorisation of hostel based on gender,
locality, occupancy type and room type.
Student and Staff portal
This is an online gateway for the staffs and students, where they can view and edit their profiles. Students will have
the option of viewing their marks, timetable and attendance. Students have the option of evaluation the subject staffs.
Staffs have the option of viewing their timetable and evaluation given by the student.
